About Wat Damnak
Nestled in the heart of Siem Reap, Wat Damnak Pagoda has long been a place of spiritual refuge. Over time, it has also become a
sanctuary for stray and abandoned dogs that find their way to Wat Damnak. The monks and local community have taken it upon themselves
to care for these animals, offering them food, shelter, and compassion.
While some veterinarians generously donate their time to provide medical care, the cost of essential medications often remains uncovered. This
is where we come in. Our mission is to raise funds to ensure that these temple dogs receive the medicine and medical care they need to heal and
thrive. Through community support and donations, we aim to alleviate the financial burden on those who dedicate their lives to
caring for these animals.
By working together, we can make a difference in the lives of these dogs and the compassionate individuals who look after them. Join us
in our efforts to provide a healthier and safer future for the temple dogs of Wat Damnak.
